APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend you book your next appointment before leaving so your schedule can be accommodated.
If you are running late we will do everything possible to accomadate however please keep in mind we may have to reschedule.
Please inform staff of any allergies or sensitivities.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment We request 72 hours notice. A
credit card is required to hold any appointment. Any cancellation made after the 72 hour window will be charged $50.00 for color and $25.00 for cuts.
PRICES
Prices may change depending on added time or product.
RETURN POLICY
We want all our clients to be satisfied with any service so we except any return on a product within two weeks this is extended if the product is faulty. Clients have to contact the company for warranty when dealing with tools.
